Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads of 50 m dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in ordinary soil upto all depth. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complere excluding cost of work in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD specification of 1990 volume- 1 as directed by thr Engineer in charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto four sand) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and lying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete (sub base concrete floor to be paid for 60 mm interlocking blocks. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetres) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete all accesories including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (Sixty centimetres) overall with 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty millimetres) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm (Six millimetres) dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing valley 90cm (Ninety centimetres) overall 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster(RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat polyster of 5 (five) microns over primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetres) dia with prepainted G.I. limpet biotume washers complete with including carriage of material within all leads, lifts as per directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

B.P. sheet 2.0mm (Two point zero millimetres) thick eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separately) including fixing complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts As per HPPWD specification of 1990 Volume-I as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
