(iii) Two coats of epoxy resin / polymer modified cementaticious coating like brush bond of Fosroc or equivalent both on floor and walls /beams shall be applied as per manufacturer instuctions.(iv)slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward with 25 mm GI pipe spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.(v) After the surface is passed by the Eng- in- charge for water tightness by flooding for 72 hrs the same shall be filled with lean concere (1:4:8) using type B-1 aggregate , up to the required depth. Surface surrounding to WC Pan shall however be of cement concrete as specified here-in-before. |
