| 3 | Dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description completely and cleaning the bituminous/ existing surfaces by using steel brushes and Applying neat cement slurry on the surfaces @ 1 Kgs of cement per sqm, removing all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 9 | M & L Providing, cement concrete type B-0 CM (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges Complete all as per manufactures instruction and as directed. |
| 10 | M & L Rendering 10mm thick CM 1:3, mixed with water proofing compound and finished the surfaces even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately |

| 12 | M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/ sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/ sqm) land on primed surface of tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm and torching (by LPG torch) the membrane on whole surfaces uniformly while enrolling and sealed the joints with trowel after necessary preparation of the surfaces complete all as per manufacturers instruction, The overlap joints shall be provided of 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction respectively, all the angles, abutments and drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure paint over the APP membrane surfaces including preparatory work and applying one coat of heat resistance paint over the APP membrane surfaces including preparation of the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- The work shall be carried out by the authorised applicators of manufacturers. |
