Weight of fixture 3 Kg, Dimension of the fixture should be (312x286x66) mm + 5% for better overall performance & long life. The product should be BIS approved with R number mentioned on product label. To be supported with Product test reports - LM79, BIS Report and LEDs Test Reports. Luminaire shall be conforming to BIS i.e. IS 10322 (Part 5/Sec 5) and shall be complete with all necessary accessories required for proper working of fixture including weather proof connection cables, water proof connectors etc. |
| 2 | Supply of exterior rated LED RGBW Flexible LED Strip with 14.4 Watt per meter. LED Strip should have 60Nos LEDs per meter through out the length with the silicon cover with system lumen output should be more than 700 lms /Meter. Standard Length of LED Strip is 5 Mtr and it shall be capable of producing dynamic color changing light for with 16 million colors and should be programmable using 8 bit control DMX512 protocol / Ethernet based control. The Strip should have IP 67 protection with inbuilt IP67 connectors at both ends. DMX enabler circuit should be outside the Luminaire/LED Strip only. LED Strip shall be suitable to operate at an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 50°C. Life time shall be at least L70B50 @ 35000 burning hours at 50°C. LED should of make Nichea, Osram, Cree, Lumiled, Hongya of 5050 SMD package only. The rated voltage of the Luminaire should be 24VDC, Luminaire shall be offered with a BIS Approved Potted Driver of IP 66/67 rating made of extruded aluminium to make it more thermal efficient, Led Driver should have Operating input voltage range: 90-305Vac, PF > 0.95 and must have safety operation range form 90V - 176Vac. Life time of LED driver should be > 80,000 hours and MTBF of LED driver should be ≥ 2,00,000 hrs, Led driver must have SELV output and Case temperature i.e. Tc > 90°C. The product should be BIS approved with R number mentioned on product label. To be supported with Product test reports - LM79, BIS Report and LEDs Test Reports. Luminaire shall be conforming to BIS i.e. IS 10322 (PART 5/SEC 7) and shall be complete with all necessary mounting accessories required for proper working of fixture including driver, decoder, aluminum profile with diffuser cover, weather proof connection cables, water proof connectors etc. as required. |

Housing is made of CRCA with powder coated finish Mounting, 19 inch rack mountable, Operation Temperature -30°C to +55°C, 8 Output with 3pin XLR terminal sockets, Ingress Protection Rating IP20. This unit takes the DMX Signal from DMX Controller & split the signal into 8 separate output channels. The output terminals of Splitters are optically isolated from the input. Splitters should be capable to amplify the DMX signal & allowing the data link to be extended by max. 300 m (1044 ft.) using AWG 22 DMX cable or 150 m (500 ft.) using AWG 24 DMX cable or maximum 20-25 fixture per output channel. Standards should be EC, EMC, ROHS. The controller should have a variety of features including 2048 DMX channels, clock/calendar, iPhone/iPad/Android remote control, Ethernet facilities, dry contact port triggering and multi-zone SD card memory. Network synchronization of one area across hundreds of universes with the possibility of 99 scenes across 5 areas with auto clock triggering for sunrise and sunset and as per the festivals for specific occasions. Device should be equipped with meta; clamp to mount on wall. All Dynamic LED lighting fixtures & controllers shall be of same make to avoid integration, synchronization, and maintenance issues in future.
