Shifting of main tank of 40MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer from switchyard site to loading point, approximate 20 meters distance including turning of tank, if required including all T&P and all others works required at 220 KV S/S Bharthana under ETD Etawah to complete the job satisfactory.

Additional shifting of the transformer, approximately 5 meters or part thereof, including turning if required.

Loading of 40MVA, 132/33 KV Transformer Tank including all accessories on suitable trailer/trucks at 220 KV S/S Bharthana under ETD Etawah . The job includes jacking the transformer tank for placing the wooden sleepers under the tank and simultaneously lifting the tank by jacking and placing sleepers continuously under the tank till the wooden platform comes in the alignment of trailer bed and then shifting the tank from wooden platform to trailer bed. Removal of rail etc. from under the tank. proper tightening of tank on trailor bed with help of wire rope and heavy turn buckle for safe transporatation.

Safe carriage of 40MVA, 132/33 KV transformer tank and accessories including oil drums on suitable capacity trailer/trucks from 220 KV S/S Bharthana under ETD Etawah to 220 KV S/S Tundla (approximate distance 00 Km) to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Insurance shall be got done by the contractor as per direction of Supervising Engineer, if required which shall be reimbursed on actual.

Safe unloading the 40MVA, 132/33 KV transformer tank including all accessories form trailer/truck and their proper stacking at the designated place at 220 KV S/S Tundla under ETD Firozabad. The job includes opening of lacs, jacking the transformer tank for placing the rails under the tank, shifting it to wooden sleeper platform, to be prepared adjacent to the trailer, removing the rails from under the tank on wooden platform of sleepers, lowering the tank towards ground by slowly removing the sleepers from under the tank Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
