Repair and servicing of HT-OCB’s / VCB’s of 800 Amps. to 1600 Amp. 350 KVA of various types of make. The job includes the dismantling of OCB’s/ VCB’s & reinstallation of the same in the control panel unit. The cost also includes cleaning the 11KV contacts of HT OCB/ VCB, Lubrication of movable parts of mechanism of the panel units, replacements of minor parts during the servicing job being done at site. The job also includes servicing & the cost of minor parts & other petty material required to complete the job i.e. OCB shunt trip coil, mechanism greasing etc. The job includes the guarantee.

Repairing & Servicing of various type of ACB’s of various ratio from 800 A to 1600 Amp. of various types of make. The job includes dismantling of ACB’s from L.T. panel, re-installation of the same after servicing in the LT control panel unit. The cost also includes lubrication of movable parts, replacement of minor parts during the serving job being done at site. The job includes doing the repair of U/V coil, Shunt coil etc.

Supply and filling of transformer oil (Dehydrate oil) in the existing transformer. The job includes the cost of all petty material require to complete the job.

Dehydration of Transformer oil. The job includes the cost of labour and material required to complete the job.

Drain out of transformer oil, opening of transformer part and replacement of gasket, oil seal and silica zel, breather of 750 KVA transformer to stop of the leakage of oil as required at site, refilling of oil after complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Erection of 12 V 42AH/100AH battery maintenance free Batteries of make Exide, Amaron, and Liaguard, Luminous make only. The job includes the cost of all petty material require to complete the job.

Supply and Erection of M.S. sheet danger notice plate at least 2 mm thick.

Supply and Erection of shocks treatment chart written in Hindi English and local language duly framed in wood frame with glass complete as required.

Supply and Erection medium size first aid box made of 16 gauge MS sheet of size 14’’x7’’x5’’ with 6 wound dressing 3 burns dressing 13 gms absorbent cotton wool one dressing scissor one bottle of sprit of sal volatile 1 tube of burn ointment.

Supply and Erection of Digital type meter suitable for three phase AC supply 50 Hz for the reading of each phase. The capacity making should be suitable for 0-300 amp for amp meter and 0-500 Volts for voltmeter. The meter is of schenider make. The job includes cost of copper wire of suitable size as required for interconnection, selector switch and indicating Lamps to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
