| 6 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone/brick masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces ) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including dobbing coat out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | S & F for Steel work in tubular section trusses, posts, gaurd bars including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161 -1979 grade St.-240 and curved or parabolic shape for trusses, distance places, cleats etc(beam, tee, angle, channel ) etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. |
| 10 | S & F 0.5mm thick corrugated pre painted / coloured galvalume sheet in roofing fixing all as per manufactures instructions with all fittings and accessories etc complete. |
| 11 | All as per item No. 10 above but plain steel sheet fix in valley gutter / ridge. |
| 12 | M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint to new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in witdth or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge |
