Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil ( Loam, clay or sand) including lift up to 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches

Concrete in 1:4:8 with cement,fine sand and Stone ballast of 4cm guage including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

R.C.C work in 1:1.5:3 with cement,coarse sand and stone ballast of 2cm guage including supply of all material,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work SOR item no 289

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Applying Oil Bond distempering/ snowcem with primer coatincluding supply of all material ,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. DSR 10.16.1

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give aneven shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm overan under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approvedbrand and manufacture (DSR item No. 13.48.3)
