| 1 | Term Contract for civil works to execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol.2 during the period of ONE YEAR from the date of start of contract at the rate contained in the aforesaid CPWD DSR 2023 with upto date correction slips and with multiplying factor of 0.973 in the rates of items mentioned in the CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 unless otherwise excluded as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.Note: (i) The quantities as inserted under column 03 is for guidance only to complete the BOQ. The actual quantities will be ordered as and when required during execution of works as per site requirement and will be priced at the rates as contained in CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 plus the percentage as quoted above.(ii) The Estimated rate as inserted under column 05 and 06 is the approximate total amount of whole contract price i.e. upto and including percentage as quoted above at CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol.1 , Vol.2. Actual amount of work will be ordered as and when required during execution as per site requirement priced at CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 with upto date correction slips and with multiplying factor of 0.973 in the rates of items mentioned in the CPWD DSR ( Civil) 2023 Vol 1 and Vol 2 unless otherwise excluded as per directions of Engineer-in Charge plus contractor percentage as quoted. |
| 2 | Complete removal of existing vinyl flooring, of any thickness, laid with glue/adhesive alike substance, on the skirting and floor followed by scrapping of patches or remains of glue/adhesive alike substance from the skirting and floor including manual/mechanical cleaning all complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.Rate to be paid for the execution of item shall be Rs. 119.20 per sqm. |
| 3 | Providing and applying anti microbial epoxy PU flooring of thickness not less than 3 mm, in required colour, patterns etc. having anti skid properties, corners should be uniformly curved, final surface should be non corrosive to biological fluids, detergents etc. all complete as per the instructions of Engineer In charge. The execution of item shall involve activities of cleaning the surface, grinding of the cleaned surface by manual or mechanical means, applying PU flooring primer on the complete surface followed by screed activity to level the complete surface and then followed by applying PU Topcoat. The items to be used shall be of make BASF/ARDEX ENDURA/PIDILITE failing which the make approved by Engineer-in Charge shall be used. The work is to be executed and completed all as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.Rate to be paid for the execution of item shall be Rs. 2831.06 per sqm |
| 4 | Providing and fixing Vinyl Flooring of minimum thickness 2 mm with suitable adhesive of approved make by the Engineer-in Charge. The Vinyl flooring to be provided and fixed shall be anti static, fire resistant, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, water resistant. The Vinyl flooring shall be from the approved make of Wonderfloor/ Armstrong/ Ebaco and all the make to be used shall be complied to MII Clause.The corners of vinyl flooring laid should not terminate sharply and sealed perfectly and uniformly all complete and as per the directions of Engineer In charge.Rate to be paid for the execution of item shall be Rs. 1152.88 per sqm |
| 5 | Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium channel of size 25 x 20 mm and thickness 1.2 mm, with metal runner made of MS & PVC material in the ceiling pipe set 2 mm thick Tee powder coated of required size and MS powder coate fitting wall to wall of size 50 x 25 mm thickness 2.5 mm and other required fittings, screws, hardware etc all complete of approved quality & make as per the instructions of Engineer in charge.Rate to be paid for the execution of item shall be Rs. 1602.77 per metre |
