Supply and erection of flexible air separator (aircell) for the conservator tank of 160 MVA T/F (AREVA Make). Size of conservator Tank length - 3950mm & diameter-3800mm

Isolating conservator tank and draining of transformer oil from conservator tank in 209 Ltr. Oil drums available at substation and refilling of oil back after completion of work.

Dismantling of all pipe lines connected and removed of conservator tank from T/F body to ground opening of Manholes/End cover and replacement of damaged flexible air separator (aircell). Closing of all the Manholes/End covers with suitable size new gaskets and erect it back to transformer body. Normalizing conservator tank after filling of oil and aircell shall be taken into service.
