Operation, repair and maintenance of six nos. sub-stations including existing HT/LT lines and street lights for 24 hours per day for three years along with watch and ward and additional work to maintain the uninterrupted power supply in all hostels, laboratories, offices, residential accommodation and any building to be included during contract period in the campus. For any kind of negligence of duty, absence from duty, penalty will be imposed @ Rs. 900/-, Rs.700/- and Rs.650/- only per day per head. Only labour escalation will be applicable as per revision of labour wages time to time by the HP Government during the contract period. The Sundays and other holidays as notified by the HP Govt. as well as HP Industrial Establishment act. 1969 will be provided by the University. That the workers so deployed will not proceed on leave without prior permission of the Controlling officer. The duty of said workers will be assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge. Clearing compliance of complaints with in twenty four hours. The other terms and condition are also appended to be part and parcel of the work agreement complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
