Deployment of manpower for collection of building rubbish/malba, debris, dismantled materials, dust, etc. from various floors of multi-storeyed buildings, including collection from corridors, staircases, lift lobbies, and other common areas; filling the same into head loads/baskets/bags; loading; and manual carriage through staircases (including all vertical and horizontal lifts), and shifting the same to the ground floor or designated dumping/collection point, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground at Shastri Park MCD for a lead up to 20.00 km from A-14, Kalkaji Extension, complete in all respects, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge Note: Payment shall be made only after submission of the receipt issued by approved C&D waste management plant.

Deposition of charge for dumping of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting and unloading to approved municipal dumping ground i.e. C&D waste management plant Shastri Park, New Delhi or as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. (payment shall be made only after submission of the reciept issued by approved C&D waste management plant ) but not more than actual amount of receipt issued by C&D waste management plant.
