| 21 | Material and labour for repairing the leaking deteriorated and torn out chajjas and parapet walls by removing all the lose materials from the top of the chajja by means of light hammering and chiselling, removing loose concrete cover only and clean all loose particles by high pressure jet water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contamination followed by application of two coats of polymerised cementitious coat like Pidilites Pidifin 2k or equivalent, while second coat is wet, provide PCC 1:2:4 with required shuttering to match the existing portion and/or apply a 10mm dash coat of cement plaster with the waterproofing compound, completing the repair work by final finishing and providing proper slope of 15 mm thick rendering to prepared surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement including supply and mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :- Dr.Fixit or equivalent as approved by GE ) |
| 22 | Cutting down small trees/ bushes from wall/ roof/ chajja of building including digging out the roots from brick work or any other structure portion of building including applying root killer chemical as per manufacturer instruction and making good the disturbed portion by carrying out cement plaster/PCC and finally applying two coat of existing specification and same colour paints over a coat of primer to match the existing surfaces inclusive of all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, and equipment required to complete the work up to 15 Mtr height all as specified and directed. |
