| 2 | Petty repairs to plumbing/internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers, stop cocks by tightening and providing washer repair to float valves, low leveled cistern by mixture adjustments leaking water supply lines by tightening the GI fitting or refixing W/S or sanitary fixtures using thread/teflon taps and including small GI fittings such as GI elbow, socket, union etc as required at site to the satisfaction of user as assigned by the Engneer In Charge. (Note : Replacement of fittings and fixture like Bib tap, Piller Tap etc. if required shall be measured and paid separately.) |
| 3 | Petty repairs to Aluminium joinery works such as Aluminium Door, Alumnium Windows, Aluminium Ventilators and like similar works such as easing of doors, refixing of door, windows, refixing builder hardware such as Aluminium beading to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engneer In Charge.
