| 1 | Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |

| 3 | Providing and fixing 6 mm thick ACP Sheet in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10 kg/ sqm) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 5 | Providing & fixing 5.5 mm thick glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 6 | Providing and fixing 100 mm aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 7 | Repair to Plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 8 | Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 9 | Wall painting Two coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 10 | Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |

| 12 | Providing and fixing 40 mm dia flexible P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing PTMT liquid soap container 109 mm wide, 125 mm high and 112 mm distance from wall of standard shape with bracket of the same materials with snap fittings of approved quality and colour, weighing not less than 105 gms complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. |
