Similarly decrease in the minimum wages will be adjusted from the contractor's accounts. The rate for this item has been derived by considering the basic rate of unskilled labour w.e.f 01.10.2025. Bonus: If applicable, Contractor has to pay the Bonus amount to labours supplied under item No-1 of Schedule-B in execution of work No claim for Bonus amount by the Contractor to NMDC It may be noted that Rate derived for unskilled labour is inclusive of Bonus. No reimbursement against payment of bonus to the eligible labour deployed under Schedule B, will be given. However, contractor has to produce documentary proof of payment of applicable bonus to eligible labours at the time of obtaining IR Clearance from Personnel Department before payment of final bill. |
