(The steel rods and binding wire required for this work will be supplied by the contractor's own cost.) |
| 4 | Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, 2 sand, 4 aggregate ) mix using 20mm HBG stone jelly approved quality centering structting and the cpst of reinforcement grills in position but including machine mixing laying ramming consolidating etc., using mechanical vibrators with all leads and lift for materials and concrete complete finishing curing & also fixing the fan clamps in RCC works wherever necessary etc. complying with the standard specification and as directed by the department Engineers. |

| 6 | Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 83/4\\" x 41/4\\" x 21/4\\" for walls including cost of scaffolding , curing, finishing etc. complete complying with the standard specifications & as directed by the departmental engineers |
| 7 | Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement, five sand) mix, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete. |
| 8 | Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. |
| 9 | Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un- plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections.Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. |
| 10 | Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison l. Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber.
