Providing and fixing auditorium chair having gravity tip-up seat mechanism (spring-free) with counterweight arrangement, fabricated and installed as per following specifications:Structure: Stand made of 200 × 75 × 6 mm M.S. flat welded to 38 × 38 × 2 mm CRCA square tube (22” long) further supported with 38 × 38 × 2 mm CRCA tube (11” long). Tip-up mechanism supported by 200 × 75 × 6 mm M.S. flat with twin M.S. supports of 12 mm dia. Seat bracket made of 12 × 25 × 100 mm M.S. flat welded to 80 × 100 × 3 mm plate. Back bracket made from 200 × 70 × 70 mm, 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with longitudinal holes.Seat & Back Assembly:Seat shell of size 540 × 580 × 2.65 mm made of virgin ABS plastic by vacuum forming. Seat base of 19 mm thick plywood (440 × 490 mm) with PU foam (density 50 ± 5 kg/m³).Back shell of size 540 × 780 × 2.65 mm ABS plastic. Back made of 15 mm bent plywood with PU foam (size 470 × 730 mm), thickness varying from 90 mm (top) tapering to 120 mm.Side Panels & Armrest:Side panels of 12 mm plywood covered with fabric and foam, fully concealing metal parts. Armrests of size approx. 425 × 25 × 55/70 mm depending upon centre-to-centre spacing, including rotatable/retractable wooden writing tablet.Foam & Fabric:PU foam density: Seat – 50 ± 5 kg/m³, Back – 48 ± 5 kg/m³. Upholstery with 100% polyester fabric fused with 3/5/7 mm foam, including quilting wherever required. Optional FR-treated fabric conforming to BS EN 1021: Part-1 (Smouldering Cigarette Test).Fasteners:All bolts fixed with CNC milled dash nuts (20 × 10 mm) properly embedded and secured.Finish:Complete MS components to be powder coated through 7-tank process (degreasing, derusting, activation, phosphating, etc.) using hoist/crane system.Complete in all respects including making holes in floor/wall or any other related work etc. as per approved design, drawing and specifications, including fixing in position, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Nothing extra will be paid on account of execution of the above item).
