| 18 | M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices, etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechnical vaccum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour including filling of cracks/holes by crack filler and applying Two or more coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance, of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior alkali resistant primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:1. Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr.The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete as approved by Engr-in-Charge .2. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats. |
