| 2 | Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed. |
| 4 | Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including grills, fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Taking down shutter of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm each and refixing in same opening as ordered after other repair works are carried out including easing and adjusting of shutter as required including renewal of unserviceable screws complete all as directed. |
| 11 | M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course in floor, padding over roof and similar works, laid & compacted by maintaining gradient/ undulation to a minimum consolidated thickness of 25mm as directed, finished the surface fair & even, complete all as specified and as directed. |
