| 1 | Complete removal of existing treatment of wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices, chajja etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour with mechanical sander having RPM of 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment, and preparation of old plastered/scrapped surfaces of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by external wall putty/crack fill paste and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm to 2mm over the prepared plastered wall/ceiling surfaces, one or more coats and grinding the puttied surfaces with mechanical grinder for making the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth weather proof exterior emulsion paint having volatile organic compound less than 50 gm/litre and ultra violet resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives & color stay technology, excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior waterproof primer applied @ 0.9 litre (Undiluted) / 10 sqm over old/new putty surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed make/ company). |

| 3 | M&L for chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members i.e RCC columns, beams, slabs, chajjas etc on external and internal faces , etc for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar). The following steps are to be followed :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust. (ii) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) pre packed ready to use of n exc 50 mm thickness. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as rcommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. |

| 17 | A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Rs. 544.00 Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
