Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved area etc. in front and back of building/ residential quarters, staircase, roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township by rickshaw trolley etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge ( Area cleaned to be measured for payment.)

Cleaning of covered / pipe drain (twice in a year or as and when required, for drains of size ranging from 300 x 450 mm to 600x 750 mm ) including removal of earth, silt, slush, brick bats, rubbish and all other refuges, i/c cost of all labour T&P etc and disposal of malba to Municipal dumping ground outside compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . (payment shall be made for each cleaning in running metre).

Sweeping and Cleaning ( fortnighty or as and when required) of open drain inside the compound wall complete and removal of garbage or other refuges, rubbish i/c disposal of malba to Municipal dumping ground outside compound all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(payment shall be made for each cleaning in running metre).

Clearing path ways as well other portion of campus by trimming tree branches such as Neem, Ashok, Eucalyptus/other trees etc. as and when required i/c cost of T & P and disposal of unservicable material to the municipal dump all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( trimming of one tree shall be measured as one job for payment).

Removing chokage of manholes of any size including connecting sewer line by mannual / mechanical means for running sewerage system and disposal of sludge , manure to dumping ground outside locality all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Cleaning of one manhole cleaning shall be measured as one job for payment )

Speicial cleaning work such as swatchta pakhwara, Yoga day etc as directed by higher office / Petty cleaning works such as cleaning of growen small trees / saplings and grass in pacca portion, cleaning of terrace, cutting of fallen trees / branches during rainy season / storm if any and other works related to effective cleaning of campus etc all complete as per dircetion of Engineer-In-Charge ( Cleaning work done by one workman for one working day shall be measured as one Job for payment ) Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
