| 1 | Schedule - 1 : Supply of HSD at GayaNote:(i) Base Price shall be the Retail Outlet Market Price (IOCL/BPCL/HPCL) of Diesel at respective location including all charges, excise duty, taxes & duties as on 01.04.2026 (taken for each site location separately).(ii) Fixed Charges:- Bidder to quote the single amount (Rs./Litre) over and above the Base price (Rs./Ltr.) of Diesel at respective Location separately for each site which shall contain Overhead, Discount, Freight, other Charges, etc. inclusive of applicable Statutory Taxes & Duties. This amount quoted by bidder shall remain firm and fixed during the period of contract. (iii) During execution/currency/tenure of the contract, payment shall be made based on market prevailing Base Price of HSD on the date of supply after considering of Fixed charges quoted by bidder as per Price Variation Clause mentioned in SCC. Successful L1 bidder to submit the documentary proof (issued by OMC) along with supply in support of market rate of HSD on the date of supply.(iv) Bidder undertakes that they have completely understood the tender document including Special Conditions of Contract(SCC), Scope of work(SOW), Technical Specifications etc.(v) Bidder undertakes that they have quoted the rates considering all above points. |
