1	Laying, dressing and clamping of following cables through existing trays / structures / racks / walls /columns etc. Sufficient service loop to be provided at ends of cables.Tags (industrial type) in FR/FRLS PVC sheet for identification for cables shall be installed.The cable tags shall be provided at the ends, every 30 meters and when the cable changes its direction/elevation. Cables shall be supplied by KMML, at Central Stores. All other materials required including aluminium clamps, cable tags, SS screws, SS nuts and SS bolts etc. are under the scope of contractor.
2	3.5C x 300 sq. mm A2XFY cable.
3	4C x 35 sq. mm A2XFY cable.
4	4C x 10 sq. mm A2XFY cable.
5	4C x 16 sq. mm A2XFY cable.
6	20 pair x 0.63 mm, armoured, jelly filled, telephone cable. (JB ARP-east to TELE JB at electrical room).
7	6 core corrugated, armoured, loose tube, 9/125 mm, single mode, optical fibre cable. (IBP DCS building/1F to ARP DCS building/GF)
8	3C x 1.5 sq.mm, YFY cable. (from PA speaker JB at ARP old control room to ARP DCS Electrical room)
9	4C x 1.5 sq. mm YFY, shielded, fire alarm cable. (JB for fire protetcion at ARP-11 m to FACP at DCS building GF).
10	Erection of new 600 mm GI ladder type cable tray on supports. Tray shall be jointed with GI side coupler with SS bolts, SS nuts, SS flat washers and SS spring washers. The coupling holes shall be modified for proper coupling, if required. Required quantity of GI cable trays, coupling plates, nuts and bolts shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials required shall be supplied by contractor. Balance/ scrap cable trays shall be segregated and shifted to metallic scrap yard/ Central Stores.
11	Laying and clamping of GI earth flat (65 x 10 mm) along cable trays/walls & connecting to the nearest earth pit / earth grid. Welded joints shall be covered with jute & bitumen. 65 x 10 mm GI earth flat shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials required shall be supplied by the contractor.
12	Fabrication and erection of new MS supports of exactly the same dimensions as the existing or as recommended by the concerned area engineer. MS items shall be shot blasted under contractor's scope. Newly fabricated supports shall be painted with two coats of primer and one coat of paint (to MS items) before installation and remaining one coat of paint shall be provided after erection. MS items shall be supplied by KMML. Required paint (make: Asian / Nerolac / Shalimar) shall be supplied by contractor. Balance/ damaged scrap structural supports against the work shall be segregated and shifted to metalic scrap yard.
13	Glanding, termination and connection of following cables including supply of dc cable glands, aluminium crimping lugs, SS flat washers, SS spring washers, SS nuts, SS bolts etc. required for this work. Gland earthing as per standards shall be done by the contractor.

18	Glanding and connection of 20 pair x 0.63 mm armoured jelly filled telephone cable including supply of cable glands required for this work. Gland earthing as per standards shall be done by the contractor.
19	Glanding, termination and connection of following cables including supply of dc cable glands, copper crimping lugs, SS flat washers, SS spring washers, SS nuts, SS bolts etc. required for this work. Gland earthing as per standards shall be done by the contractor.
20	4C x 1.5 sq. mm, YFY, shielded, fire alarm cable.
21	3C x 1.5 sq.mm, YFY cable.
22	Erection and commissioning (wall mounting) distribution board, in thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure. This work includes transporting the DB from Central stores to site and erection of DBs at wall (surface mounting) of ARP electrical room. Minor civil work required shall be done for mounting of thermoplastic DB as per scope of work. Panel shall be double earthed as per standards. The DB panel with accessories and GI strip shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials including anchor bolts, nuts, bolts etc. are in the scope of the contractor. Assembling of the panel and fixing of components inside the panel are in the scope of KMML.
23	250A, 3phase, 7 way, VTPN DB (VDB-GF). (Size: 1500(W) x 1200(H) x 250(D) mm approximately).
24	32 A, 3 phase, 4 way, LDB (Size: 750(W) x 750(H) x 150(D) mm approximately)
25	80 A, 3 phase, 4 way, PDB (Size: 750(W) x 750(H) x 150(D) mm approximately)
26	Erection of (wall mounting) Junction box (Size: 300(W) x 300 (H) x 120(D) mm approximately) for telephone.This work includes transporting the JB from Central stores to site, erection of JB at wall (surface mounting) of ARP electrical room. The JB shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials like SS nuts, SS bolts, SS flat washers, SS spring washers etc. in the scope of the contractor. The work includes fixing of connecting strips (Make: Krone) in the JB.
27	Erection, testing and commissioning of (wall mounting), speaker (Size: 260(W) x 160(H) x 75(D) mm approximately) including connection. This work includes transporting the speaker (Make: Ahuja/ Model: BS-6083T) from Central stores to site and erection of speaker box at wall (surface mounting). The speaker shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials including anchor bolts/screws etc. are in the scope of the contractor.
28	Erection of (wall mounting) network rack for LAN, in sheet steel enclosure.This work includes transporting the rack from Central stores/EDP to site, erection of rack at wall (surface mounting) of ARP electrical room. Commissioning assistance is required from contractor for assembling optical media convertor, 24 port switch, laying of cables inside the rack etc. Minor civil work required shall be done for mounting of rack as per scope of work. The rack and functional components shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials including anchor bolts/screws etc. for erection are in the scope of the contractor.
29	Circuit wiring (LDBs to switchboards) in rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit - Circuit Wiring with 1.5 sq.mm, PVC insulated, copper conductor, stranded wire (FR-LSH) in surface mounted, rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) along with 1 no. 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper wire for loop earthing as required. Wires in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/ junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Conduit pipe shall have ISI marking. All conduit fittings shall be rigid UPVC FR/FRLS type. Make of conduit pipe & fittings: Finolex / Precision / Astral / Polycab. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
30	Point wiring (for other than socket outlet point), (for less than 5 m from switchboard) in rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) with modular type switch (Make: Legrand Mylinc) - Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ calling bell point using 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated, copper conductor, multi-stranded wire, in surface mounted PVC conduit including loop earthing using 1.5 sq. mm wire. Wires are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/ grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Point wiring of panel lights shall be done through flexible hose at false ceiling. Flexible hose in the scope of the contractor. Conduit pipe shall have ISI marking. All conduit fittings shall be rigid UPVC FR/FRLS type. Make of conduit pipe & fittings: Finolex / Precision / Astral / Polycab. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
31	Point wiring as SL:13 above for more than 5 meters.
32	Point wiring (for 6A socket outlet points) with modular type switch (Make: Legrand Mylinc) - Fixing, wiring and connection for 6A socket point using 1.5 sq. mm. Fixing of switchboard on the wall also included in the work. PVC insulated copper conductor multi-stranded wire including loop earthing using 1.5 sq. mm. Switchboxes, 6A switches, 6A sockets, modular plates (Make: Legrand Mylinc), wires and screws for fixing inner modular plate on switchboard are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials including SS screws (1.5 inch) and wall plug/ grip (PVC type) for fixing switchboard on the wall (in case of switchboards consisting of 6A sockets and no additional switches to outlet points) are in the scope of the contractor. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
33	Point wiring (for 16A socket outlet points) with modular type switch (Make: Legrand Mylinc) - Fixing, wiring and connection for 16A socket point using 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper conductor multi-stranded wire including loop earthing using 2.5 sq. mm. Fixing of switchboard on the wall also included in the work. Switchboxes, 16 A switches, 16 A sockets, modular plates (Make: Legrand Mylinc,) wires and screws for fixing inner modular plate on switchboard are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials including SS screws (1.5 inch) and wall plug/ grip (PVC type) for fixing switchboard on the wall are in the scope of the contractor. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
34	Circuit wiring (PDBs to 16A socket switchboards) in rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit - Circuit Wiring with 2.5 sq.mm, PVC insulated, copper conductor, stranded wire (FR-LSH) in surface mounted rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) along with 1 no. 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper wire for loop earthing as required. Switchboxes, modular plates and switches-16A (Make: Legrand Mylinc), screws for fixing inner modular plate on switchbox and wires are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Conduit pipe shall have ISI marking. Make of conduit pipe & fittings: Finolex / Precision / Astral / Polycab. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
35	Circuit wiring (PDBs to 20A industrial plug & sockets) in rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit - Circuit Wiring with 2.5 sq.mm, PVC insulated, copper conductor, stranded wire (FR-LSH) in surface mounted rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) along with 1 no. 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper wire for loop earthing as required. Fixing of industrial sockets on the wall and connection also included in the work. Industrial plug top also to be connected to wires of the machine/air conditioner, wherever applicable. Industrial plug and sockets (20A) and wires are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Conduit pipe shall have ISI marking. Make of conduit pipe & fittings: Finolex / Precision / Astral / Polycab. Industrial plug top also to be connected to wires of the machine/air conditioner, wherever applicable. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
36	Erection, testing and commissioning of LED (2 feet x 2 feet) panel light in false ceiling including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable (FRLSH type) etc. as required. Cutting the holes in the false ceiling and making good of damages any, is in the scope of the contractor. Light fitting will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor.
37	Erection, testing and commissioning of LED tube lights on wall including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable (FRLSH type) etc. as required. Light fitting will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor.
38	Erection, testing and commissioning of LED well glass (non-flameproof) including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable (FRLSH type) etc. as required. Light fitting will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including SS nuts, SS bolts, SS flat washers, SS spring washers, 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor. Assembling, if required is in the scope of the contractor.

40	Erection, testing and commissioning of exhaust fan (flameproof) upto 300 mm sweep in the existing opening including modifying the holes to suit the size of the above fan making good the damages, including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable (FRLSH type) etc. as required. Light fitting will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including anchor bolts/screws, 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor.
41	Erection, testing and commissioning of exhaust fan (non-flameproof) upto 300 mm sweep in the existing opening including modifying the holes to suit the size of the above fan making good the damages, including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable (FRLSH type) etc. as required. Light fitting will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including anchor bolts/screws, 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor.
42	Erection, testing and commissioning of ceiling fans including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable (FRLSH type) etc. as required. Fan will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including anchor bolts, 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor. Assembling, if required is in the scope of the contractor.
43	Erection, testing, connection and commissioning of B22 lamp with holder. Light fittings and lamp holders will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials are in the scope of the contractor.
44	Installation, testing and commissioning of LED streetlight fitting including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable etc. as required. Light fittings will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including screws are in the scope of the contractor.
45	Installation of calling bell at dressing and dining room, making connections, testing and commissioning with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable etc. as required. Calling bell will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including screws are in the scope of the contractor.
46	Telephone circuit wiring in rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit - Circuit Wiring with telephone cable (0.5 mm x 2 pair) in surface mounted, rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) as required. Telephone cable in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. 47	LAN/ Ethernet circuit wiring in rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit - Circuit Wiring with LAN cable / Ethernet cable (Cat: 6) in surface mounted, rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) as required. Cat:6 cable in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. 48	Fixing and connection of 6A switches, bell-push switches, RJ11 modular sockets and RJ45 (Cat:6) modular sockets in surface boxes including fixing suitable size surface boxes (PVC enclosure), fixing inner modular plates and outer modular plates, inter connections, fixing on switchboards on wall etc. as required. Looped neutal wire shall be terminated to a strip connector (PVC type) and tapped with black colour insulation tape. Looped earth wire shall be terminated to a strip connector (PVC type) and tapped with green colour insulation tape. 6 A switches, bell-push switches, RJ11 modular sockets and RJ45 (Cat:6) modular sockets, PVC surface boxes, modular plates (Make: Legrand, Model: Mylinc, Colur: White) and screws for fixing inner modular plate on switchboard are in the scope of KMML and will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials including insulation tapes, strip connectors (PVC type), SS screws (1.5 inch) and wall plug/ grip (PVC type) for fixing switchboard on the wall are in the scope of the contractor.
49	Fixing of modular blanking plates in surface boxes as required. Modular blanking plates (Make: Legrand, Model: Mylinc, Colour: White) is in the scope of KMML and will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials are in the scope of the contractor.
50	Erection of (wall mounting), thermoplastic Junction box (Make: Hensel/ Model: KM9065) (Size: 6 inches x 4 inches approximately) at wall (surface mounting). The work includes removing knockouts/ making holes to enable connection. The JB shall be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other materials including SS screws are in the scope of the contractor.

This work includes transporting the speaker (Make: Ahuja/ Model: BS-6083T) from Central stores to site and erection of speaker box at wall (surface mounting). The speaker shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials including anchor bolts/screws etc. are in the scope of the contractor.
28	Erection of (wall mounting) network rack for LAN, in sheet steel enclosure.This work includes transporting the rack from Central stores/EDP to site, erection of rack at wall (surface mounting) of ARP electrical room. Commissioning assistance is required from contractor for assembling optical media convertor, 24 port switch, laying of cables inside the rack etc. Minor civil work required shall be done for mounting of rack as per scope of work. The rack and functional components shall be supplied by KMML. All other materials including anchor bolts/screws etc. for erection are in the scope of the contractor.
29	Circuit wiring (LDBs to switchboards) in rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit - Circuit Wiring with 1.5 sq.mm, PVC insulated, copper conductor, stranded wire (FR-LSH) in surface mounted, rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) along with 1 no. 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper wire for loop earthing as required. Wires in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/ junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Conduit pipe shall have ISI marking. All conduit fittings shall be rigid UPVC FR/FRLS type. Make of conduit pipe & fittings: Finolex / Precision / Astral / Polycab. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
30	Point wiring (for other than socket outlet point), (for less than 5 m from switchboard) in rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) with modular type switch (Make: Legrand Mylinc) - Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ calling bell point using 1.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated, copper conductor, multi-stranded wire, in surface mounted PVC conduit including loop earthing using 1.5 sq. mm wire. Wires are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/ grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Point wiring of panel lights shall be done through flexible hose at false ceiling. Flexible hose in the scope of the contractor. Conduit pipe shall have ISI marking. 31	Point wiring as SL:13 above for more than 5 meters.
32	Point wiring (for 6A socket outlet points) with modular type switch (Make: Legrand Mylinc) - Fixing, wiring and connection for 6A socket point using 1.5 sq. mm. Fixing of switchboard on the wall also included in the work. PVC insulated copper conductor multi-stranded wire including loop earthing using 1.5 sq. mm. Switchboxes, 6A switches, 6A sockets, modular plates (Make: Legrand Mylinc), wires and screws for fixing inner modular plate on switchboard are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials including SS screws (1.5 inch) and wall plug/ grip (PVC type) for fixing switchboard on the wall (in case of switchboards consisting of 6A sockets and no additional switches to outlet points) are in the scope of the contractor. Drawing of wires in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
33	Point wiring (for 16A socket outlet points) with modular type switch (Make: Legrand Mylinc) - Fixing, wiring and connection for 16A socket point using 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated copper conductor multi-stranded wire including loop earthing using 2.5 sq. mm. Fixing of switchboard on the wall also included in the work. Switchboxes, 16 A switches, 16 A sockets, modular plates (Make: Legrand Mylinc,) wires and screws for fixing inner modular plate on switchboard are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials including SS screws (1.5 inch) and wall plug/ grip (PVC type) for fixing switchboard on the wall are in the scope of the contractor. PVC insulated copper wire for loop earthing as required. Fixing of industrial sockets on the wall and connection also included in the work. Industrial plug top also to be connected to wires of the machine/air conditioner, wherever applicable. Industrial plug and sockets (20A) and wires are in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. 36	Erection, testing and commissioning of LED (2 feet x 2 feet) panel light in false ceiling including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable (FRLSH type) etc. as required. Cutting the holes in the false ceiling and making good of damages any, is in the scope of the contractor. Light fitting will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor.

Light fitting will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including anchor bolts/screws, 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable (FRLSH type) are in the scope of the contractor.

43	Erection, testing, connection and commissioning of B22 lamp with holder. Light fittings and lamp holders will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials are in the scope of the contractor.
44	Installation, testing and commissioning of LED streetlight fitting including connection with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable etc. as required. Light fittings will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including screws are in the scope of the contractor.
45	Installation of calling bell at dressing and dining room, making connections, testing and commissioning with 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor three core cable etc. as required. Calling bell will be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other tools and materials including screws are in the scope of the contractor.
46	Telephone circuit wiring in rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit - Circuit Wiring with telephone cable (0.5 mm x 2 pair) in surface mounted, rigid, UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit (white / ivory colour) as required. Telephone cable in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Cat:6 cable in the scope of KMML; which will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials like rigid UPVC FR/FRLS HMS conduit, SS conduit clamps (2 hole type), wall plugs/grips, SS dry wall screws, ceiling rose, bends, circular boxes/junction boxes- (1/2/3/4 way - (terminal, through, angle, tee, intersection types)), lids, screws for conduit fittings, couplers, strip connectors etc. in the scope of the contractor. Conduit pipe shall have ISI marking. Make of conduit pipe & fittings: Finolex / Precision / Astral / Polycab. Drawing of LAN cables in conduit shall be as per technical specification.
48	Fixing and connection of 6A switches, bell-push switches, RJ11 modular sockets and RJ45 (Cat:6) modular sockets in surface boxes including fixing suitable size surface boxes (PVC enclosure), fixing inner modular plates and outer modular plates, inter connections, fixing on switchboards on wall etc. as required. Looped neutal wire shall be terminated to a strip connector (PVC type) and tapped with black colour insulation tape. Looped earth wire shall be terminated to a strip connector (PVC type) and tapped with green colour insulation tape. 6 A switches, bell-push switches, RJ11 modular sockets and RJ45 (Cat:6) modular sockets, PVC surface boxes, modular plates (Make: Legrand, Model: Mylinc, Colur: White) and screws for fixing inner modular plate on switchboard are in the scope of KMML and will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials including insulation tapes, strip connectors (PVC type), SS screws (1.5 inch) and wall plug/ grip (PVC type) for fixing switchboard on the wall are in the scope of the contractor.
49	Fixing of modular blanking plates in surface boxes as required. Modular blanking plates (Make: Legrand, Model: Mylinc, Colour: White) is in the scope of KMML and will be provided at Central Stores. All other materials are in the scope of the contractor.
50	Erection of (wall mounting), thermoplastic Junction box (Make: Hensel/ Model: KM9065) (Size: 6 inches x 4 inches approximately) at wall (surface mounting). The work includes removing knockouts/ making holes to enable connection. The JB shall be supplied by KMML at Central Stores. All other materials including SS screws are in the scope of the contractor.
