2	CIVIL WORKSEarthwork in open / Surface Excavation not exceeding 300mm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan in all types of soil, mixture of gravel and disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay including grading and levelling neatly by breaking clods, disposal of excavated earth upto 50m lead & lift upto 1.5m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specifications.
3	Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means for foundations, trenches, etc., not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan in hard gravelly soil and other types of soil including shoring, strutting, bailing of water, if necessary, dressing of sides, levelling and ramming the bottom of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing / disposing the surplus earth (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) stacking the excavated material away from edge of trenches within a lead of 50 metres, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Only plan dimension of the foundation concrete shall be measured for payment except for under ground water proofing.)

9	Excavating trenches of required width by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means for pipes, cables etc., for depth upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil including excavation for sockets, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and then refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specification.
10	Supplying and Filling with selected Earth brought from outside sources for basement, foundation sides, etc., including conveyance by lorry load , filling in layers of not more than 200mm depth, each layer shall be well consolidated including watering and dressing sides, levelling, dressing the top surface to required level, etc., all complete as per standard specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11	Filling available selected excavated earth (excluding rock) available at site in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation, etc., in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, levelling and dressing the top surface, lead upto 200m and lift upto 1.5m etc., all complete as per specification.
12	Providing and laying of Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) for Sub-base and base course conforming to clause 406 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (Fifth Revision) using 53mm downgraded stone aggregate including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate, premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/motor grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13	Providing Pre-Construction Anti-termite Treatment using Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% with 1 % concentration or other approved chemical as detailed below including cost of chemicals, labour and all other incidental charges for entire ground floor area of building and injecting termicide emulsion to the soil in contact with the foundation along the perimeter of both internal and external walls, etc., all as per IS: 6313 (Part-2). 1) Top surface of consolidated earth within plinth walls shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 5 Ltr/Sq.m of the surface before the sand bed or sub-grade is laid. 2) Treatment along the external perimeter and internal perimeter at junction of the wall and the floor of the building shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 7.5 Ltr/Sq.m, to facilitate this holes shall be provided @ 150mm apart upto GL for inner side and upto 300mm below GL for external perimeter. 3) The entire treatment shall be done as per the specifications and instructions of the termicide Manufacturer and as directed by the Department. 4) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of anti termite treatment. 5) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the above anti-termite treatment work.
14	Cutting and felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks, branches, removing the roots, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 200m including filling the pits and depression with excavated earth, etc., all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
15	Beyond 300mm girth upto and including 600mm girth.
16	Beyond 600mm girth upto and including 1200mm girth.
17	Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

22	Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications.[Note : Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured seperately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for seperately.]

24	Providing and fixing of Performed Polymer based filler boards for expansion joints in concrete structures of make Supreme of grade Capcell HD100 or other approved equivalent make having density of 100 ± 10 kg/m3 conforming to IS 1838 - Part 3 including cutting, fixing in position with suitable adhesive as per manufacturer specification, finishing the exposed surface with approved sealant, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

28	Providing, supplying and sealing the Expansion joints with Gungrade polysulphide sealant suitable for RCC construction joints of 'MASTERFLEX 700i of BASF construction chemicals make' or approved equivalent by removing the expansion joint board up to 25mm deep and cleaning the surface neatly and filling Gungrade sealant up to 25mm deep to the lines and levels, etc., all complete as per manufacturers specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

30	Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications.Note :1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items.2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix.4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).
35	Providing, hoisting and fixing in position of 50mm thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1:2:4 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns including necessary formwork and moulds, mechanical mixing, finishing the exposed surface, curing, fixing at all levels, grouting with CM / Cement grout wherever required, etc., all complete excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
36	Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
37	Providing, hoisting and fixing in position 50mm thick Precast RCC jali at all lifts of approved pattern and size as per drawing with cement concrete 1 : 1.5 : 3 including required nominal reinforcement, curing, smooth finished surface with float coat of neat cement on all sides, fixing and jointing with CM 1:3, scaffolding etc., all complete as per drawing and specification.
38	Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

45	Supplying, fabricating and fixing of EPs, Structural Steel work and pipe sleeves etc., at all lifts comprising MS angles, MS plates, tees flats, rounds, squares, other structural steel sections, pipe sleeves and pipes of various sizes, IS channels, IS beams, square rods, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting exposed faces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, embedding with Cement concrete, etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedments for fixing the steel works.
46	Supplying, fabricating and fixing of Foundation bolts for fixing truss made up of MS/TMT bars of approved dia. including cutting, bending to required shape, making thread of required pitch, providing suitable bolt, embedding in RCC using templates, fixing the bolts, painting the entire bolt with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer as per manufacturer instructions, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
47	Supplying, fabricating and fixing Structural Steel work in built up sections for gate, handrailing, trusses and framed work at all lifts comprising square / rectangular / Tubular hollow sections conforming to relevant IS standard of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to required shape for curved profile, hoisting, fixing in position at all lifts, embedding with cement concrete, painting the exposed faces with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.[Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist, concrete embedment's and foundation bolts for fixing the steel works.]
48	Supplying, erection in position rolling shutter with wicket gate of size 750(W)x1500(H)mm including assembling fitting and fixing standard steel rolling shutters. The shutter shall be of pull and push type conforming to IS:6248 with all accessories such as slide guide channel with stiffeners, bracket, plate, Pulley, U-clamp, Spring and pipe shaft, lock plate, pulling hook, sliding lock, roller ball bearings, curtain shall be built up of interlocking MS lathe section formed from cold-rolled steel strips of 1.20mm thickness and 75mm wide, gear, pulling hook handle with necessary fittings and locking arrangements on both ends including 1.25mm thick MS hood cover, galvanising the lathe section, guide rails, bottom plate, hood cover, bracket plate and suspension shaft, painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, etc., all complete as per specification, drawing, and as directed by the Engineer for various structural openings.(Note: Actual area of opening only shall be measured and paid).
49	Providing and fixing cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel profile sheets for roofing and cladding using sheet of 0.47mm base thickness 550Mpa yield stress (ASTM A792m) with coating class AZM 150 (minimum 150 gram/Sq.m total mass zinc aluminium coating of both sides as per relevant standards) of make JSW / Bhushan / TATA to suit a purlins spacing of 1.5 mts c/c including the cost of providing ridge gutter edge profiles, cost of making crimps for curved surface, fixing over purlins, making etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications.Note: 1) The sample of Galvalume steel sheet shall be got approved by the Engineer-in- charge before making bulk order.2) The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 mm X 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
50	Fixing of cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel profile sheets using retrived galvalume sheets including shifting the stacked sheets to site, cleaning, rectifying the damaged if any, cutting to size and shape wherever required, fixing of the sheets over purlins as per drawings using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 mm X 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, etc., all completed as direcetd by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Required retrived Galvalume sheetes will be supplied at free of cost and MS structure for purline if any required will be pais under relevant item.
51	Providing and fixing Steel windows/ ventilators with 10mm square guard bars at equal intervals Fully glazed steel Windows, Top Hung Ventilators, etc., of make NCL-Seccolor (Ajantha) or Elixir or other approved equivalent make fabricated from roll formed sections made of Galvanized Steel Colour Coated/Powder Coated (Base Steel as per IS 513 “D” quality, Galvanized as per IS 277 with Zinc of 120 grams/ Sq. Mtr.) with total coated thickness of 0.60 mm as detailed below:-Paint specifications:- Coated Sections shall be with Primer Coat of Epoxy Primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a Polyester Paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with Alkyd backer of 5-7 microns, or Powder Coated with pure Polyester Powder up to 50-60 microns thick.Dimensions of Sections:- Section for Shutter shall be of 46mm x 46mm and External Frame should be of 46mm x 52mm. Section for Glass Beading shall be of 18mm x 25mm and center mullion shall be of 46mm x 70mm.Fixing Details: The frame & Shutter Sections shall be cut to length and mitre joined with Corner Bracket made of CRCA electroplated. Mullion Section shall be joined with Frame/Mullion using Nylon Mullion Cap Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM) Gasket shall be used all around glass in shutter, between frame and glazed shutter and both sides of fixed glass.Accessories: SS friction hinges, Concealed tower bolts, Handle made of high grade Aluminium powder coated with nylon receiver, etc., Gaskets made of Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer (EPDM). Corner brackets made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. Mullion caps made of Glass filled nylon.Glass:- Glass shutter and fixed glass portions should be provided with a glass of 5mm Plain Float Glass of make SAINT GOBAIN or MODI GUARD or ASAHI.Window Frame should be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using Nylon self-expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm long screws into the caps through frames.
52	Grill: Windows should be provided with Grill made of 10 mm Sq. MS Bars welded at equal intervals of not more than 150 mm center to centre to 6mm x 12mm MS flat. Total grill unit should be powder coated and fixed to window frame with screws.Windows with 10mm square guard bars at equal intervals
53	Providing and fixing in position of 10mm thick Cement bonded pre-laminated particle board of `Bison Lams' or approved equivalent make panels prelaminated with decorative lamination on both sides for door shutters, partitions, cupboard shutters, sliding shutters, etc., including cutting to required shape and size, making as per drawing with Anodized aluminium frame alround with lock rails at the centre for each leaf, fixing in structural opening, providing teakwood lipping alround for sliding shutters, etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- Aluminium frame work will be paid for seperately under relevant item.)
54	Providing and fixing of Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System comprising 15 mm thick Bioguard RH100 Tegular 15/90 edge mineral fibre tiles of size 600 × 600 mm, colour Global White, with smooth bright laminated washable surface suitable for cleanroom and healthcare applications laid over grid system of make Armstrong suspension system or other approved system with 15mm wide T - section flanges having rotary stitching on the Main Runner suspended from the ceiling at required intervals including providing suitable opening for mounting of lighting fixtures & fittings, loud speakers, fire alarm system component and lighting system, also provision for Trap doors where ever required with necessary opening & locking arrangements for the accesses to air-conditioning Duct etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.Note: 1) The tiles shall have GRIHA certified product as per specifications. 2) Sample and product shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before making bulk order. Tiles and grid system shall be of approved manufacturer. 3) The work shall be carried out as per specifications with manufacturer authorised specialized manpower.

262	The contractor shall be responsible for supply of cement and procure Ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 269-2015 / Portland Pozzolona Cement conforming to IS: 1489-2015 and use it on works. Since the supply of cement by the department has been dispensed, all the clauses relevant to supply of cement by department in this tender document stands cancelled. The contractor shall purchase cement from the approved manufacturers only. The secured advance on cement shall be regulated as per Clause 10-B of conditions of contract. Secured advances on cement up to 90% of assessed price shall be paid to the contractor after indemnifying the Government and through insurance cover. The quantity of cement on which secured advance shall be paid will be restricted to the consignment of cement tested and passed in the test in department laboratory. Prior approval to be obtained from the Engineer for the quantities proposed to be purchased.
263	The contractor shall procure Ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 269-2015 / Portland Pozzolona Cement conforming to IS: 1489-2015 and use it on works. Ordinary Portland Cement, as required in the work, from reputed manufacturers of cement, having a production-capacity of one million tonnes per annum or more, such as A.C.C., L & T, J.P. Rewa, Vikram, Shri Cement, Birla Jute and Cement Corporation of India, etc., as approved by Ministry of Industry, Government of India, and holding license to use ISI certification mark for their product whose name shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge. Supply of cement shall be taken in 50 Kg. bags bearing manufacturer’s name and ISI marking, samples of cement arranged by the contractor shall be taken by the Engineer-in-charge and got tested in accordance with provisions of relevant BIS codes. In case test results indicate that the cement arranged by contractor does not conform to the relevant BIS codes, the same shall stand rejected and shall be removed from the site by the contractor at his own cost within a week’s time of written order from the Engineer-in-charge to do so.
264	The cement shall be brought at site in bulk supply of approximately 50 tonnes or as decided by the Engineer-in-charge.
265	The cement Godown of having a capacity to store minimum of 2000 bags of cement shall be constructed by the contractor at site of work for which no extra payment shall be made from department. Double lock provision shall be made to the door of the cement godown. The keys of one lock shall remain with the Engineer in charge or his authorised representative and the key of the other lock shall remain with the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for the watch and ward the safety of the cement godown. The contractor shall facilitate the inspection of the cement godown by the Engineer-in-charge at any time.
266	The contractor shall supply free of charge the cement required for testing. The cost of tests shall be borne by the contractor.
267	The actual issue and consumption of cement on work shall be regulated and proper accounts maintained as provided in Clause 10 of the contract. The theoretical consumption of cement shall be worked out as per procedure prescribed in Clause 42 of the contract and shall be governed by conditions laid therein.
268	Cement brought to site and cement remaining unused after completion of work shall not be removed from site without written permission of the Engineer-in-charge. REINFORCEMENT STEEL
269	The contractor shall procure only TMT bars of Fe500-D Grade conforming to IS – 1786 (Latest edition) produced by the following manufacturers SAIL, RINL, TATA & JINDAL with a test certificate and use it on works after getting approval from department Engineer or tested in department laboratory. Sample shall be tested for all the required parameter as specified in the BIS before bulk purchase. The contractor shall have to obtain and furnish test certificates to the Engineer-in-charge in respect of all supplies of steel brought by him to the site of work. Samples shall also be taken and got tested by the Engineer-in-charge as per the provisions in this regard in relevant BIS codes. In case the test results indicate that the steel arranged by the contractor does not conform to BIS codes, the same shall stand rejected and shall be removed from the site of work by the contractor at his cost within a week’s time from written orders from the Engineer-in-charge to do so.
270	The steel reinforcement shall be brought to the site in bulk supply of 10 tonnes or more or as decided by the Engineer-in-charge.
