| 1 | M&L for comprehensive periodic maintenance, repair & servicing of Central Air conditioning plant of capacity 100 TR (Make : Voltas, Model : EGWFXR1001MLB2) and connected ventilation system existing at 39 FAD Bharatpur as per manufacturers instructions by authorised dealer of company for 2 Nos of chilling machine of screw type compressor 100 TR , each single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, semihermatic electric motor of capacity 67 KW, shell and tube type condensor with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally and internally to pass water flow 1400 USG/PM with carbon plate shell and tube flooded type chiller unit, including greasing, lubrication of moving parts and pressure tasting for entire system of AC plant of all two set of condenser, compressor and circulating system with CO2/Nitrogen gas and retain to allow the pressure for three days. If found any leakage or reduction in the scale of pressure shall be located and arrest the leakage immediately by soldering or an appropriate measure are to be taken to stop the leakage premanently and recommissioning of 100 TR water cooled Screw Chiller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of spares, refrigrant and compressor oil as wherever required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items) |

| 13 | M&L for descealing of condeser alongwith connected pipeline system of capacity 100 TR as per existing make and model including opening of condenser cover of both sides including disconnecting of water pipeline for inlet and outlet of the condenser of each plant. Removing scale/sludge precipitated in the copper tube by push and pull method with iron rod connected with steel wire brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser that scraping down the sludge precipitated in side the tube. Closing both side of condenser and circulating the descaling soulation in all tube of plant through the circulating pump and allows holding it for 30 minutes for chemical reaction. Opening the condenser both sides and clean with iron road connected with nylon brush of suitable size as per condenser copper tube size at the entire length of condenser ensure that descaling process has been complete then closing the condenser at both end and circulating clean water in all the tube of condenser and drain out the process will be continue till the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge then fixing new gasket for both ends compressor unit -1 tighten with new nut & bolt for 100 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Dehydration work of chiller Machine as per existing site complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M&L for removal of complete set of defective evaporator copper tubes hydraulically and replacemeny with new finned copper tubes of dimension 19.05 x 1.12 x 3175mm for existing chiller model at site followed by nitrogen pressure testing complete all as specified and directed. |
| 16 | M&L for complete servicing of condenser/chiller centrifugal pumpset of 20 LPS and 12.5 HP motor by engaging sufficient man power and suiatble T&P to ensure safety of pump-motor as well as working persons including disconnection suction and discharge water lines and removing of electric connection, dismantling the pump set from MS Foundation including Greasing, Bearing replacement, Alignment of pump and refit the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the following capacities:-Note:- (i) The rate considered is included of tools and plants required for carrying out the repairs.
