Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing 9mm thick kit ply/of standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour in flooring and mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (Framework for base to be measured & paid for separately) including complete including carrage of material in all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing 1.50mm thick PVC/ rubber tiles flooring of approved make or equivalent plain, coloured corbed or mosaic or mattled finish, laid with approved adhesive on sub floor (base subfloor to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick PVC pennel ceiling/ lining with tongued and grooved jointing of standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing bright finished hydraulic door closer of Godrej make or equivalant with screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
