| 3 | Supply and Installation of concealed fix non screwing type (Standing Seam) roofing system with nominal 430 mm effective cover width & two major corrugations of nominal 65 mm depth. The flat portion of the panel shall have three longitudinal flutes parallel to major corrugations at pitch of nominal 107.5 mm center to center spacing for strength.(Considered to be factory/ site roll formed.) The profile should have 3micro ribs mini ribs to provide additional strength at the pan, and material test certificate (MTC) to be submitted for each lot supplied at site. Roofing Sheet Material: The galvanised iron colour coated base coils for production roofing sheets will be of nominal 0.5 mm Total Coated Thickness (TCT), Hi-strength steel with min. 300 MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with Aluminium-Zinc alloy (55% Aluminium, 45% Zinc) as per ASTMA_755_2003G_80_550 Class1 & IS 15961 (2012) Galvalume AZ150 (Min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) with Regular modified quality paint coat . The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 25 μm, comprising of nominal 18-20 μm exterior coat on top surface and nominal 5-6 μm reverse coat on back surface over nominal 5 μm primer coat on both surfaces of approved colour shade by concern authority. The steel manufacturer's test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of steel must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at every 1 meter c/c for confirming genuinity of the material.System should accompany with The support aluminium clip shall be manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy 6061 T6 in accordance with BSEN 485 part 2. Each aluminium clip shall be coupled with a 5mm thick black polyamide thermal barrier base pad. and fixed on Aluminum clip and which is fixed to steel with SS-304 screwsand standard accessories like Foam Fillers, Drip Angles to ensure weather tightness.Complete installation to be done by specialized team with safety & Site engineer of roofing sheet manufacturer or through authorized installer of the manufacturer. |

| 16 | Supply, fixing and installation of 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of approved colour for external cladding in combination of solid and metallic colours, including all necessary Framework, support and complete weather sealing as per architectural drawing. The Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) should be made out of thermoplastic core of low-density polyethylene LDPE (100% virgin mix), sandwiched between two aluminium sheets of ALLOY GRADE- 5000 series, each not less than 0.50 mm thick, total thickness of aluminium composite panels not to be less than 4 mm, the exposed surface thereof shall have Stove lacquered finishing coat not less than (26 + - 2) micron (containing minimum 70% kynar 500 based PVDF) of colour and shade as per architectural design. The inside surface (facing the building exterior surface)shall have polyster based powder coating not less than 25 Micron with protective peel-off foil on the exterior face (peel off film will in no case leave any adhesive mark over the composite panel surface after it is peeled off). The supporting framework shall be made out of 50 mm X25mm X 3mm thick Aluminium section to be spaced horizontally and vertically for fixing of panel of size 900 mm X 1200 mm and fixed to the building structure as per design through 50mm X50mm X5 mm MS angle clamps prefixed to masonry or slab, columns with Hilti make anchor fastener screws. The fixing of panel to be done with the help of VHB tapes and screws and all the sealing of joints to be done with weather sealent Silicon as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
