| 1 | Apply two coats of premium quality Acrylic Interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed. (Item includes removal of old paint by machine/manually scrapping and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches, holes etc. & item includes necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required etc., complete all as directed.) |
| 2 | Applying two (2) coats of putty for internal walls of approved brands Birla / JK to new and old wall surfaces up to ceiling level including applying suitable primer, necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed. |
| 3 | Providing two (2) coats of synthetic enamel paint to Door frames with shutters, cupboards and grills etc., and where ever specified of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Shalimar / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying prime coat complete all as directed. (Note: Item includes removal of old paint by machine scrapping and preparing the surface smooth with wood putty including necessary repairs etc. & item includes necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required etc., complete all as directed.) |
| 4 | Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut black Granite for kitchen platforms etc., as per requirement, approved shade, colour and texture including providing edge moulding and machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, complete all as directed. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 kitchen sink with drain board of required standard size as per IS including fittings, cutting and making good the walls wherever required etc., complete (Nirali / Anjali / Parryware make) |
| 6 | Providing 15 mm thick Cement plaster with CM (1:5) to walls at all heights, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands, widths and where ever required etc., including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer incharge. (Note: Item includes chipping of old plastering and dispose the same to outside the varunapark area) |
