Phase-III Tower ACs and Cassette ACs(LA-I and LA-II ) as per annexure-I &II. Days of operation: Institute working days. Operation Timing: (08:00 Hrs TO 22:00Hrs).Man Power Details : 02 Skilled HVAC Technicians(For maintenance of cassette units,AHUs, FCU , tower ACs ,Electrical Panels,cooling Towers and other auxillary HVAC Equipment)s+04Un Skilled(Operators Cum Helper ,(Wage details shall be strictly followed to govt of India Latest notification.

SITC of additional trays for cassette units(Including trap door cutting and refixing) and AMC of all the Lowside machines including replacement of actuator, thermostat,valves,belts and all repair works.
