Note: if existing plaster found on site in multi layers, in this situation contractor will remove complete plaster,rate for the same will be included deemed in quoated rates |

| 6 | M&L for applying acrylic wall care putty on old/ new plastered internal/External surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed.Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty.Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE. |

| 8 | M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) over new/ old surfaces with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality].Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) . |
