1	Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means with desired levels or foundation trenches or drains or for pipes and cables in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge including backfilling of available excavated earth that stacked at site in all leads and lift, wherever required at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) for the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones shall be properly stacked at site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to the maximum possible extent and to be handed over to the department. Any loss to the public and private properity during the course of execution and disposal of servicable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.(Item includes disposal and backfilling in all leads and lift.)
2	Disposal of surplus excavated earth / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by Mechanical or any other means with in all leads on approved dumping site of M.C. Shimla or otherwise including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owener of dumping site through all mode of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its leveling and to complete the work of mechanized means and labour(if any required). The dumping site to be arranged by the contractor entirely at his own risk and cost. All useful materials such as stones, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along roads side any loss of the public/private property during the course of diisposal shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
3	Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
4	Providing & Filling in plinth with hard stone under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
5	Providing and filling with stone boulder behind retaining walls of selected hard stone complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
6	Dismantling and Demolishing :- Demolition of brick work In cement mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lifts.
7	Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.
8	Demolishing Nominal cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge.

Then apply cement mortar 1 ; 4 (1 cement :4 sand) admioxed with 200ml of pidiproof LW @ 200ml per 50kg bag of cement over the floor with the suitable grediant towards drain pipe, while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
397	Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., kitchen and the like consisting of ying integral cement based treatment for 4.40kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface, IInd course of 20mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface, IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.70kg per sqm of area. IVth course of 400micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.70kg/sqm) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
398	Supplying and installing water proofing treatment for Raft slab/stitch slab by using 1.2 mm. thick fully bonded HDPE membrane prefabricated composite water proofing membrane of HDPE material. The fully bonded HDPE membrances loosely laid on the PCC before casting of the RCC raft slab/stitch salb/Footings etc. and comprises of an aggressive pressure sensitive water proof adhesive and a weather proof protection layer the pre-fabricated membrane gets bonded to the underneath of the poured concrete used as raft slab/stitch slab Fully bonded HDPE membrane system shall confirm to basement water proofing protection to grade 2.3 as defined in BS 8102:2009. The water proofing membrane shall have following minimum properties:- 1. Resist hydrostatic pressure of over 60 m. head of water as per ASTM D5385 modified. 2. Puncture resistance >1000 N (As per ASTM E154). 3. Adhesion to concrete of 880 N/M ASTM 903 modified. 4. Tensile strength of over 25 MPa (as per ASTM D412 modified). 5.Maintains sufficient Adhesion to concrete even after UV exposure of 45 days > 750N/M. 6. Elongation of 500% as per ASTM D412 modified Fully bonded HDPE membrane shall be of minimum 1.0 m wide rolls to minimize laps and joints HDPE membrane shall be installed over the entire PCC area with standard 75 mm. selvedge laps and end laps overlaid with HDPE sealed taps as per manufacurer and instruction. The rates are inclusive of supply and installation of membrane as per manufactures methodology.
399	Supplying and installing SBS membrane a self-adhesive, cold applied, flexible 1.5 mm thick proofing membrane comprising of self-adhesive bitumen compound laminated onto an impervious non perforated cros lamented HDPE Filf/Voitron film, applied on the external surface of the retaining wall pot construction and after de-shuttering done. The membrane shall have follwing minimum properties. 1. Elongation of 200% (As per ATM D882) 2. Puncture resistance of 200N (ASTM E 154). 3.Tensile strength 25N/mm2 (as per ASTM D882). 4. Resistance to gyrostatic head of over 50 m (BS EN 12390 (part B)). 5.Tear resistance of 300 N (ASTM D 1004). 6. Should provide protection against water and vapour. 7. Should provide excellent resistance to chlorides sulphates alkalies and acids. The membrane shall be applied as per following procedure. a). Cleaning the external RCC surface of retaining wall with wire brush so as to remove the dust, dirt etc. b). In case of any sharp protrusions the same shall be chopped of/by hacking/chipping and all defective concrete surgace and tie rod holes shall be repaired sealing with non - shrink polymer modified cementitious non shrink mortar. c). Providing and applying one coat of bituminous primer with brush application and allow to dry before application of membrane. d). Sealing of tie rods holes in the external surface of the retaining wall. P/A polymer modified mortar to seal the tie-rod hoes from the outer surgace. e). Termination of membrane at 300 mm above ground level by providing and fixing aluminium flashing 25 mm. wide and 2 mm thick sealed with PU sealant for termination of membrane at Top level of retaining wall above ground level. (Sealing of tie-rod holes and aluminium flasing shall be paid separately). f). Over the primer coat, the layer of membrane shall be laid by releasing the film and sealing all joint and with minimum 75 mm. ends laps to form a monolithic system. The application shall be done by am manufacturer approved applicator and 10 years warranty shall be given by manufacturers as well as applicator and contractor.
400	Providing and Fixing 450 gsm HDPE dimpled membrane 0.8 mm. thick as a protection layer for SBS membrance against backfilling soil.
401	Structural Glazing and Aluminium Composite Panels :- Providing and fixing Sliding door sensor with Ozone make fittings complete includings carriage of materials in all leads and lift.
402	Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.
403	Providing, assembling and supplying vision glass panels (IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12- 6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6 mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on surface # 2 of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6 mm thick, spacer tube 12 mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer in-Charge. The IGUs shall be assembled in the factory/ workshop of the glass processor. (Payment for fixing of IGU Panels in the curtain glazing is included in cost of double glazed hermetically sealed glazing). For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in sqm. (i) Coloured tinted float glass 6 mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on face # 2, + 12 mm Airgap + 6 mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25- 0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by technical sanctioning authority as per the site requirement.
404	Fire Door:- Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked Double leaf un-insulated metal fire rated doorset assembly for all non egress application areas like shafts etc consisting of galvanized iron steel frame and double leaf shutter, including necessary hardware accessories conforming to FD 120 UD classification of IS 3614 :2021 with fire rating of 120 minutes integrity. The door frame and shutter shall be made out of minimum 1.20 mm thick GI Sheet with minimum 120 GSM Zinc coating as per IS: 277. The entire fire rated doorset assembly shall be tested in unlatched condition as per IS 17518 (Part -1): 2022 Frame: The frame shall be of minimum size 90 x 60 mm with grooved profile to take appropriate fire rated smoke seal, having mitred cut joints (self tab/screwed assembled at site) and provided with appropriate reinforcement suitable for taking hardware and flush fixing as per IS: 4351. The smoke seal material shall be of EPDM in accordance with / ASTM E-84 of minimum size 10 mm x 4 mm, fixed within the inbuilt groove or stuck with adhesive on the entire perimeter of the frame. The door frame shall be fixed in all four sides to masonry wall opening with CSK/Hex headed fastener of minimum 8 mm dia size and minimum 80 mm long with 8mm dia polyamide sleeves @ 4 numbers at each on vertical sides (up to 2100 mm height) and 2 numbers each on top and bottom sides. Door shutter: The double skin double leaf door shutter shall be consisting of minimum 46 mm thick and having box like structure, slots cut and holes punched, for fixing hardwares with stiffners as per IS: 16074 including resin bonded honey comb paper core infill material of density 5 kg/cum. Integral astragals to be provided on meeting styles of double leaf door, each on active and inactive leaf. The door shutters shall be mounted on the frame with SS 304 grade ball bearing butt hinges as per EN 1935:2002 or butt hinges as per IS 12817 both, of minimum size 100x75x3 mm @ minimum 4 numbers hinges per door leaf upto 2100 mm/ 2400 mm height or as per test evidence, which ever is more, fixed with M6 25 screws. All doors shall be factory prepared for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hardware accessories. Accessories Hardware : Fire doorset shall be provided with one number fire rated SS304 grade shaft mortise dead lock, one number 50 mm to 80 mm Back Set with minimum 20mm Square forend with alien key including SS304 dead strike plate conforming to IS 16015:2022 /EN 12209. Two numbers recessed flush pull handle (SS 304) of minimum size 40 mm x 120 mm. One number 300 mm long concealed lever action flush bolt (Dye-Cast Stainless Steel Finish) at bottom with SS dust proof socket and one number minimum 300 mm long concealed flush bolt (Dye-Cast Stainless Steel Finish) at top of inactive leaf of double door, as approved by the Engineer-in-charge.Finishing: Both frame and door shutters shall be factory finished with polyester powder coating of minimum 50 microns thick and shall have passed salt spray test as per IS:13871 of approved colour and shade all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing: Both frame and door shutters shall be factory finished with polyester powder coating of minimum 50 microns thick and shall have passed salt spray test as per IS:13871 of approved colour and shade all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Supply of Powder Coated Fire Shaft Door made of 1.2mm GI Sheet with GI frame of size 100mm x 50mm x 1.2 mm thick complete door and frame assembly including hardware (Concealed Flush handle, Allenkey lock, MS Hinges, 4mm clear float glass). The door including frame with approved color Powder coating complete in all respect as per approved drawing and as per direction of EIC. Fire Shaft window sizes as per (Double Leaf) with 4mm clear Float glass (Size- 210 mm x 1200 mm)
407	Supply of 48 mm thick Powder coated galvanized steel Fire doors of Supreme Metwood or equivalent make of 2 hrs. Fire rating and tested in accordance with latest Indian Standards IS 3614:2021 as per prototype tested and certified at CBRI accredited Lab. Door frames to be Double rebate profile of 150x 57 mm manufactured from 1.6 mm galvanized steel sheet along with 10x4mm grooved fire Intumescent seal, profile to have bending radius of 1.4 mm supplied in assembled form ready to install at site. Door Shutter in 48mm thick manufactured from 1.2 mm galvanized steel sheets, lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flush shell. Infilled with Rock wool to be provided for structural rigidity & additional reinforcements, The internal construction of the door should be appropriate for all hardware fixtures as required, vision panel grooves wherever applicable shall be provided as per recommendations with beading and screw. The doors frames and door shutters are finished with polyester grade power coating as per approved RAL shade complete in all respect including carriage of materials in all leads and lift.
