Grinding the entire cured concrete floor surface to remove dust, loose particles etc. Providing & applying of lithium silicate liquid floor hardener cum concrete densifier to strengthen, provide dust proof, seal the top concrete and burnishing/polishing with polishing tools in series to give a dust free densified floor, complete as per specification. The cost shall include Mobilisation, transportation, accommodation, food to workmen etc., and are in the scope of contractor. Note: A Guarantee of 12 months from the date of Defect Liability period to be given by the contractor on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.
