| 2 | S&F of High strength digital vitrified tiles in floors and skirting of size 200 x 1200 x 10mm thick in matt wood finish type/pattern set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 20mm thick Screed bed of CM (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:- The wooden colour pattern of tiles will be approved by Engr-in-charge. |
| 3 | Dismantling of old wall and ceiling board ( fibre, pulp, PVC, insulation etc) any thickness including frame work complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 4 | S&F ACP sheet false ceiling minimum 5mm thick including suitable powder coated aluminium grid frame work with ceiling cleats/angle brackets including 4mm dia GI wire suspended from the soffit at 1220 mm entres (upto 1200 mm length maximum) fixed to ceiling by means of steel expansion fasteners 10 mm dia complete as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note :- (i) The work is prestigious therefore contractore is deemed to visit site prior quoting the tender.(ii) The pattern/colour/design and size of ACP sheets will be approved by Engr-in-charge. |
| 5 | M&L for preparing old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified by Engr-in charge. |
| 6 | Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. |
| 7 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/stone work or concrete work complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of Primer, complete all as specified by Engr-in charge. |
| 9 | Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.
