| 5 | Providing and fixing vitrified floor tiles with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS :15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for skirting (height 10cm) to walls over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm with adequate joint spacing of 3mm followed by grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, excluding cost of cement. |
| 6 | Scrapping old paint and Cleaning all surface by Jet Pressure pump of fresh water, removing all fungus, vegetation, Algae & Opening crack by grinder in 'V' shape up to 3mm, cleaning, 1 coat primer & filling all cracks by crack seal, finishing , Cleaning the surround surface etc. as permanufacturer specification. |
| 7 | Painting one coat of priming coat on plastered surface (interior) with approved quality cement primer after cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour etc. |

| 9 | Supplying and fixing anodized Aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand / manufacturer including mitering the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors/walls, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and walls with plaster of Paris, cost of timber packing if necessary, Rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats etc.complete as per standard practice for glazed Doors, Windows, Partitions, Ventilators etc.including hinges ,pivots, tower bolts, fixtures etc.complete(All Aluminum fittings measured in Kg) |
