| 4 | Removing the existing PVC flooring along with handing over serviceable material and disposal of waste as per instruction of Engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Providing & laying poly vinyl chloride (PVC) rolls flooring 2 MM THICK of Premium Quality manufactured of approved make and approved pattern for flooring, skirting/dado laid on existing cement tile or concrete of plastered floor finish with suitable adhesive as per manufacturers specifications close jointed and finished to proper bends, slopes and plumbs as directed etc. complete generally as per manufacturer’s specifications. The existing flooring surface to made rough, fill the undulations and apply epoxy-based resin, avoid bubble formation while execution of work. |
| 6 | CEMENT PLASTERING: Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with near over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | VETRIFIED DADO/ FLOOR TILES Providing & laying polished vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water resistant less than 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colors & shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 60x60 cm (2' x 2') (joint free) on existing plaster surface made rough before fixing tiles. |
| 8 | Removing existing false ceiling of any material and any size with all necessary allied works, removing out debris out of TMH premises as directed by Engg-incharge. |
| 9 | Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of Aluminum sheet having electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending. |
| 10 | Providing and fixing Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) curtain wall system of 4mm thick matching existing ACP Panel or approved color and make fixing over aluminum frame of 50mm x 25mm thick in grid form including cutting bending, ACP to required size and shape, fixing on Aluminum frame with weather Silicon sealant and finishing the groove with black color sealant as per manufacturer’s specification complete all-inclusive of wastage, labor, shifting, transportation etc. as directed and instructed by Engineer in charge. for trap door etc. |
| 11 | Providing and fixing sun control films 1.5 mil thick garware film on window glasses without damaging rubber gaskets, handle, friction hinged etc. complete including necessary scaffolding job is to be completed as per garware film specification and as directed by EIC |
| 12 | Providing & fixing in position wooden chemical reagents shelves finished with fully laminated shelves of standard dimension and size in 2 & 3 tire as per user requirement complete as directed and instructed. |
| 13 | GRANITE: Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished remolded and republished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, color and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, molding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. |
| 14 | Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned below of approved make to the required color scheme and as per manufacturer’s instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with White Cement based / Colored waterproof Putti/POP Coat of average thickness of 1 mm or 2 mm as per requirements of approved brands necessary to obtain smooth surface, filling of cracks, removal of stains, painting spots on floors, aluminium window frame & glasses including scaffolding etc. as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. | 15 | Providing & fixing Roller blinds (Premium quality) of approved make with heavy duty roller brackets & necessary fixtures.
