1	Civil Work : Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

The various different sized signage's like building directory, facilities, Room Nos. etc. are made out of A grade Acast or equivalent brand 5mm thick transparent acrylic sheet at back and 3mm thick on front side. The eco-print on 3M IJ 15-10 monomeric calandared Vinyl film sheet of approved colour pattern and shade is sandwich between two acrylic sheets with required number and size of stainless steel studs and fittings. The outer edges are tapered and finished smooth. The developer has to design the signage's for different buildings as per requirement of the client and got the design and sample approved from competent authority before going in to actual execution at site.
