S&F Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Door Frame /Chowkhat of Size 45mmx70 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (susension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder /rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (max toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC Solvant cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum density of 750 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (face ) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 508 N /Square Metrem modulus of elasticity 900 N/Square Metrem and resisitence to spread of flame of class A cat with property of being teRunning Metreite / borer proof , water moistur proof and fire retaident and fixed in position With MS hold Fast /SS Dash Fastner incl S&F (03 Nos Per Frame ) 100 mm long SS Butt Hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
