| 20 | Material and Labour for apply two coats of 100% Premium Anti fungal weather coat acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistence as per IS 15489;2004, Alkali & fungal resistence, dirt resistence exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre / 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Each stage i.e. preparation of surfaces, application of primer, application of first coat, application of second coat will be got passed from Engr-in -Charge.The acrylic emulsion paint work shall be carried out by using smart painting tools and techniques as specified in Particular Specifications and Contractor will have to produce necessary documents for purchase of smart painting tools or rent receipt of these tools along with bill/RAR.The bidders are requested take this aspect in consideration before quoting their rate and no clain on account of misunderstanding or otherwise shall be admissible on this account. |
