| 1 | Note: (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with carpenter, plumber, mason, welder 0830 hrs at B/R Haigline/MH Devlali to receive complaint for plumbing, carpenter works, masonry works, welding and to submit completion report on the same day by 1700 hrs.(ii) Printed complaint slip area wise as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor.(iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of T&P, equipment, saftey device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(iv) Cost of labour for providing new items including replacement /Demolition/ dismantling/ taking out/down of old unserviceable item shall be deemed under respective item. (v) Complaint delayed morethan 48 hrs Rs 1000/- recovery has been made for each complaint . (vi) No seperate payment paid to any tradesmen and supervisor. (vii) All below maint work sites will be handed over in piece meal/patches in any qty and size for execution of the work without damaging the undamaged portion as per user requirement.(viii) For the emergency work like water tanks, plumbing fittings etc which effects basic needs will be advanced procured by the contractor and fixed on emergancy basis on short notice ] (ix) Printed complaint slip book shall be provided and maintained by the contractor. |
