Supply, installation, commissioning ,design, engineering, manufacture, inspection, painting and testing complete with all accessories of 4 MVA power transformer step down, outdoor floor mounted, double copper wound, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC including all standard accessories as per Latest IS, Oil immersed, ONAN (Mineral) IS: 335 confirming to IS-2026, Most economical losses external cooling tubes/ radiator cores type having no voltage ratio 33000/11000 volts Impedance % of 6.25 (corresponding to principal tapping) winding delta connecting on Primary side (HV Side) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn11 (vector Group) with neutral brought out on LV side and looping on HV side for continious output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (+) 5 to (-) 15% in equal 16 steps @ 1.25% to be changed by means of (OLTC) On Load Tap Changer of make CTR/OLG with Local / Remote opertion features along with RTCC Panel with AVR Relay for Auto / Manual Operation, Cable End Box with Rated Copper Bus Bars / Bimatallic Connectors shall be provided for the transformer on both HT/LT for Connecting 33 KV HT 3 core cable of Size 185 sqmm on HV Side and 11 KV HT 3 core cable of size 400 sqmm on LV side complete all as specified and directed.

Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials in respect of the manufacturer of core and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site including having following characteristics complete all as specified and directed.The transformer shall confirm to the latest edition of applicable standard as follows :-(i) IS-2026, for tests and tolerance of guarnteed Particulars,(ii) IS-3639 for Fitting and accessories(iii) IS-2099 for Bushing >1000V (iv) IS-1271 for Electrical insulation classified by Thermal stability (a) Winding (i) HV Winding -Layer/disc winding(ii) LV Winding-Helical/Disc winding(b) Insulation Level(i) HV-170(ii) LV-70(c) Insulation level (Power frequency with Stand KVrms)(i) HV 70(ii) LV-28

(d) Temperature raise for the transformer should be 50/55 deg.C (oil/ winding Temp) at Av. Ambient Temperature of 50C(e) Noise level for offered transformer will be as Per NEMA TR1 only(f) over loading of the transformer should be of as per IS 6600 only(g) transformer shall be of Class A insulation(h) Primary painting of Zinc Phosphate.(i) Tank pressure, Vaccum witstand capability & Minimum Clearances should be as per CBIP manual. (j) Neutral CT 150/1 PS class to be provided% Efficiency at 75 deg C/ Unity P.F i) at 100% Load-------98.87 ii) at 75% load----------99.07 iii) at 50% Load--------99.23% Regulation at Full Load i) at Unity PF---------1.19 ii) at 0.8 PF ----------4.60 Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
