| 2 | Comprehensive maintenance of LED Solar Street light fitting of any make any model fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by checking all connections, replacing the drivers/ Controller, surge protection device, control wiring copper wire and lugs, battery, solar PV modules all as directed by Engineer in charge. Comprehensive maintenanace also includes taking down street light fitting of any capacity from any height from the pole and increase or decrease the height of the fixing arrangement by removing the bent pipe and clamps and refixing it to the proper height and removing all the hanging wires, cables, PVC pipes, old rusted clamps, hanging aluminium wires, hanging grasses etc and tightening of all nuts, bolts, clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge) Spares under Comprehensive Maint should be measured and paid seperately complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Notes for Srl No. 1.00:-(i) T&P including ladder for repair works shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.(ii) Spare parts required to be replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ.(iii) Repair team for the street lights shall be available all the time to carry out maintanance works. |
| 4 | Supply and fixing the following spares for Solar street lights of make as per existing at site for the following in replacement :- |
| 5 | Supply & Fixing Electronic driver suitable for Solar LED street lights upto 40 watts capacity. Make of the driver should be as per the existing manufacturer all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Supply & Fixing Battery suitable for Solar LED street light of 40 watts capacity of existing make and model fixed on pole with all fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply & Fixing charge controller/ smart solar street light controller for existing Solar LED street light complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Supply & Fixing LED light suitable for upto 40W solar light including wiring complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | Disconnecting of old earthing and replacement with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm upto test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel wire mesh and light grade GI strip protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note - The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm GI pipe (medium grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made. |

| 11 | Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor , served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 6.0 sqmm from OH conductor to building or from pole to pole incl dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed. |

| 13 | Supply & Fixing Security light Bracket made out of galvanised steel light grade pipe of 40mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos mild steel clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts, bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl dismantling taking down unsv complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Supply & Fixing in replacement LED Street light fitting 45Watts new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP66 road luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Supply & Fixing in replacement of 210/200 watts flood light Warm white/ coolday light in colour as per requirement, LM6 aluminium or higher grade powder coated and water proof pressure die cast aluminium enclosure, with inbuilt electronic drivers and IP 66 protection complete ,Single phase, etc fixing in MS channel by drilling hole of suitable , size, using nut, bolts and washers of suitable size including suitable mounting structure on existing pole as reqd at the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
