| 21 | M&L for insulated PUF (Polyurethane foam) corrugated roofing sheet of 40 thk with a CAM lock jointing system including 0.5mm thick PPGI (Pre coated galvanised iron) sheet on both the top and bottom with 40Kg/m3 density PUF core. The panels are joined with a tongue and groove system and cam locks core insulation: Rigid, closed-cell, CFC-free polyurethane foam. Core density:40 Kg/m3, as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed over MS angle iron trusses and purlins all as specified and directed. |

| 24 | M & L for smartcare damp proof ultra or equivalent make as specified in PS with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic polymers, resist hydro static pressure upto 10 Bars, CBA of 2.5 mm at 650 micron. Application needs to be done in 03 coats (i) 1st coat 30 % dilution with water. (ii) Application of 2nd Coat & 3rd coat without any dilution. in between 2nd and 3rd coat 40 GSM geotextile needs to be applied to provide better elongation & reinforcement Note: Consumption-1.20 Kg for 03 coat per Sqm and elongation-4005, tensile- 2.90 mpa, solid content-55 %, Specific gravity- 1.15 gram/CC, SRI-106 all as specified and directed by manufacturers instruction. |
