| 1 | Daily brooming, cleaning and sweeping of main internal roads/open surface area/common area including stair case and terrace area etc. of Pocket-10B Jasola and disposal of these collected waste to nearest collection point dustbin by manual means as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (i) The recovery for non-cleaning & non-sweeping of the area, the same shall be made double the rate per day of cleaning & sweeping in the agreement from the contractor as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) If any penalty imposed by any govt. agency like SDMC, Hon'ble NGT, CPCB, DPCC, DDA etc. on account of non-sweeping of the area, the same shall be borne by the contractor. for identification and confirmation, the agency has to submit the Aadhar Card Bank Account details of the Environment Assistant / Supervisor deployed at site for execution the work. Note: - The agency must deploy 02 no’s of Environment Assistant & 01 no’s Supervisor daily in proper uniform at the work site. |
| 2 | Daily disposal of all the garbage, bio waste, house hold waste, refuse etc. collected from garbage dump point infront of Pocket 10B Jasola to the nearby disposal point of MCD, carriage by hand trolley or any other arrangement through environment assistant wearing dress i/c arrangement of all tools & plants, like broom, kulchi etc. complete including all lead & lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: - (i) The recovery of non-disposal of the garbage bio waste, dead animals, night soil, refuse etc. collected by cleaning sweeping of the area, the same shall be made double the rate per day of disposal in the agreement from the contractor as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) If any penalty imposed by any govt. agency like SDMC, Hon'ble NGT, CPCB, DPCC, DDA etc. on account of non-disposal of the garbage of the area, same shall be borne by the contractor. (iii) for identification and confirmation, the agency has to submit the Aadhar Card Bank Account details of the Environment Assistant / Supervisor deployed at site for execution the work. |
| 3 | Cleaning & desilting of open surface drain/S.W. drain to maintain the flow smoothly of scheme area and disposal of garbage, refuse silt upto nearby MCD dustbin/collection point complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. cost includes the removal of drain covers and placing the same over drains. Note: - (i) The agency will deploy sufficient no of wheelbarrows, rickshaws, or mechanical carrier for disposal of garbage/refuse, malba, rubbish, silt etc. collected after cleaning & desilting up to the designated site of disposal failing which a token penalty of Rs 2000/- per day of non-disposal of silt/refuse shall be imposed. (ii) If any penalty imposed by any govt. agency like SDMC, Hon’ble NGT, CPCB, DPCC, DDA etc. on account of non-disposal of garbage, bio-waste, dead animals, night soil, refuse, silt etc., the same shall be borne by the contractor. Note: - Drain length 1666.00 mtr. is to be cleaned once in two months. As per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. |

Since Items of the above-mentioned schedule are manpower items, therefore the minimum rates quoted by the agency shall not be less than 10% of the estimated cost put to tender, if the rates quoted are below 10% of the estimated cost put to tender, then the bid will not be considered and will be rejected out rightly as unresponsive.2. All the Environment Assistant shall be in uniform while working as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.3. Cleaning and sweeping shall be done on daily basis i/c Sundays and all holidays.
