The rate further includes the cost of 3\\" butt hinges stainless steel tower bolts 4\\", 4\\" stainless steel handle 2nos, stay 1no, screws, nails etc. I-hook, french spirit polishing two or more coats complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |

| 12 | Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. One coat. |
| 13 | Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. |
| 14 | Providing and applying cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
