Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in floor with size of 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to 1S :15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shades laid with cement based high polymer modified quickset tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made seperately)as directed by the Engineer-incharges.as per CPWD Item No 11.49.2

25 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 20 mm graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3 mm. flooring coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in 5:1 as specified over & including 75 mm. thick base concrete consisting of cement, local sand and brick ballast 40 mm gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any over lapping mortar at the joints of panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per SI.No. 601 Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
