Panel frame shall be extruded aluminium (minimum 1.2 mm thick), with concealed piano/barrel hinge, magnetic or spring-loaded latch for secure closure, gasket seal to prevent air leakage, and infill panel to match surrounding ceiling tile/board (mineral fibre tile for grid ceiling areas; gypsum board with finish to match for gypsum ceiling areas). Including all necessary framing reinforcement in ceiling grid/GI framework to support access panel, and all accessories complete in all respects. |
| 69 | Providing and fixing powder-coated aluminium louver screening (fixed type) around outdoor units on terrace for visual screening while maintaining adequate airflow for condenser heat rejection. Louvers: extruded aluminium blades of minimum 1.5 mm thickness, 75 mm blade pitch, angled at 45° to prevent direct line of sight while permitting free airflow (minimum 50% free area). Framework: MS post frame (minimum 50 × 50 × 3 mm MS square tube, hot-dip galvanised after fabrication), base plates with anchor bolts fixed to terrace pad, horizontal rails for louver panel mounting. Height: 1.8 m from finished terrace level. Louvers to be set back minimum 600 mm from ODU condenser face to prevent short-circuiting of condenser airflow. Polyester powder coat finish (minimum 60 microns) on all aluminium and MS components, colour as approved by Architect. | 74 | Removal, loading, transportation and disposal of all construction debris, malba, packing material, cut pieces of pipe/conduit/cable/duct, concrete rubble from core cutting, GI sheet off-cuts, and all waste material arising out of HVAC, electrical and associated civil works under this contract. Including sweeping, collection from all floors and terrace, loading into vehicles, transportation to approved municipal dump site/disposal location (all leads and lifts), and obtaining disposal receipt where required by local authority. Contractor to maintain clean working area throughout the contract period with daily clearing of debris from work zones. |
| 75 | Thorough cleaning of all rooms, corridors, terrace, stairways and surrounding areas after completion of all HVAC, electrical and associated civil works under this contract. Including removal of all dust, cement stains, paint marks, adhesive residues, and construction dirt from floors, walls, ceilings, false ceiling tiles/boards, glass surfaces, door frames, and all surfaces affected by the works. Including wet mopping/scrubbing of all floor areas, cleaning of all installed HVAC equipment exteriors (grilles, diffusers, cassette panels, ducting), cleaning of all electrical panels and fittings, and handing over the premises in a clean and ready-to-use condition to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
