| 1 | Supply, install ,testing and commissioning of distribution transformer stepdown 11 KV/0.433 KV three phase complying with IS : 1180(PT-I) 2014 with latest ammendments outdoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 HZ system of capacity 63 KVA ,oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and star connected on LT side ,vector group Dyn II, provided with off load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to +7.5 % in step of 2.5 % losses should be confirmed to the limits specified as follows maximum allowable losses at full load (100%) & half load (50%) shall not be exceeded 0.98% & 0.70% ,percentage impedence 5 % losses and impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformer shall be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335. The transformer shall have both side cable end box with neutral brought out complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS 10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/technical specification:- |
| 2 | (a) lifting lug for transformers and tank.(b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate.(c ) Air release device(d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug(e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve.(f) conservator tank with oil level indicator.(g) Silica gel breather.(h) first fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil confirming to IS 335.(j) Type of connection delta/star.(k) Type of cooling : Oil and natural air.(l) Vector group : Dyn -II.(m) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 degree C.(n) Cable end box on both side for HT/LT cables of suitable size.(o) provision of thermometer with pocket.(p) Provision of oil and winding temperature gauge.Note:- Tests after installation shall also be carried out by SEI for which GE will intimate through proper channel. |

| 6 | M & L for submain wiring with single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of size 2 Run of 4 sq mm cable and one Run of 4 sq mm earth continuity conductor of similar type cable multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked drawn in and inluding 25mm dia PVC casing caping/ pipe , medium grade, ISI marked complete with all acessories and fittings all laid in ceiling or surface ,walls and also include the specified runs of cablescomplete all as specified & directed.Note:- 2 Run of main cable, one run of earth continuity conductor & one run of PVC casing capping/pipe shall be measured as one Run. |
