| 1 | Taking out existing water proofing treatment using APP membrane of any type (any number of layers) including cement mortar plaster on roof surfaces, cleaning the surface to remove all loose dirt or materials of slab with wire brushes removing dust, foreign materials including flushing at junction of wall and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in filling in levelling course one roof slab complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Supply only Liquid water proofing compound . |
| 4 | M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :-(a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over concrete surface over 10mm thk rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing comound (WPC to be measured and paid seperately)(b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method.(c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane.(e) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:-(i) 'Moply FP' of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd.(ii) 'Hyperplast' pf IWL India Ltd.(iii) 'Super thermpay' manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product(iv) 'Hydroflame' of M/s Hydrotech Ltd. |
| 5 | Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for replacement complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed. |
