Note: if existing plaster found on site in multi layers, in this situation contractor will remove complete plaster,rate for the same will be included deemed in quoated rates |

| 6 | Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceiling/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint on new/old surfaces in camouflage pattern with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.Make of Exterior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality].Make of Exterior Emulsion : Asian (APEX) / Berger (WEATHER COAT ANTI DUST) / Nerolac (EXCEL TOTAL) . |
| 8 | M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ on new/old surfaces10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer on existing yellow coloured surface complete all as specified and directed.Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality].Make of Interior Emulsion : Asian (tractor shyne) / Berger (bison) / Nerolac (BEAUTY sheen) |
| 9 | M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified. |

| 13 | M&L for non skid ceramic ede cut tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.
